Meet Chef Leo Chaladdee
AzuThai is led by Thai Chef Leo Chaladdee, who brings over 11 years of culinary experience to the restaurant. Before joining AzuThai, she served as Head Chef at Playgrounds Lembongan Bali Hotel and ran her own restaurant in Thailand.
Her cooking combines traditional Thai flavors with AzuThai signatures, including Creamy Tom Yum Goong, Wagyu Beef Krapow, Shrimp Cake Stuffed Eggplant, and Crispy Soft-Shell Crab.
